Refund Policy

 

At Dr. Shalini’s Homoeo, we are committed to the highest standard of services and remedies. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a consultation or placing an order.

1. Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted (online or offline).

• Missed or partially attended consultations are also non-refundable.

• Patients who wish to reschedule must inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.

2.  Medicines & Remedies

• Purchases of medicines/remedies are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

• For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or dispensed medicines cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Duplicate or Technical Payments

• In the event of a double payment or technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Transferability

• Refunds, if applicable, are not transferable and cannot be converted into credits or adjusted against future consultations.

5. Clinic Rights

• Dr. Shalini’s Homoeo reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Patients are encouraged to review this page regularly.
